Studio Session
For Fresh 48 sessions, we come directly to you — at the hospital, birthing centre, or home. No travel required from you.
Home / On-Location
If your birth plan includes a home birth, we are happy to come to your home for the session. Please let us know your birth centre so we can plan accordingly.
How to Prepare
When to schedule
Within the first 48 hours after birth. We recommend having our number ready to call as soon as baby arrives.

Text or call us when you go into labour or immediately after birth. We will be there within a few hours to capture those first precious moments.
No preparation needed
Fresh 48 sessions are intentionally unscripted. You do not need to get dressed up — the hospital gown, the messy hair, the raw emotion — that is the point.
Session length
Typically 1 hour on location. We work quietly and efficiently so you and baby can rest.
